Intuit Dome: Complete Venue Guide

The Intuit Dome opened in August 2024 after four years of construction and a $2 billion price tag. The Clippers designed it without a second tenant, which means no compromises on configuration. The Wall is the centerpiece - 51 steep rows behind one basket, bench-style seating, its own dedicated entrance, and around 4,500 fans who show up to be loud. The halo scoreboard wraps around the arena's crown at every angle, so there is genuinely no bad view in the building. Beyond Clippers games, the venue books concerts, comedy tours, and special events throughout the year. The Intuit Dome capacity of 18,000 seats ranks it among the smaller NBA arenas, which the Clippers consider an advantage.

Parking

Intuit Dome parking sits in dedicated structures on Century Blvd, separate from the SoFi Stadium lots. General parking runs $30-$40 per event. Buy through the Intuit Dome app before you go - it's usually cheaper than day-of and guarantees your spot. For sold-out Clippers games, structures fill within an hour of tipoff. Century Blvd also has privately run lots that sometimes go for $20-$25 if you book a few days ahead.

Seating

The Intuit Dome seating chart breaks into four main zones: The Wall (51 steep rows behind one basket, bench seating, maximum atmosphere), the lower bowl (sections 101-122, closest to the action), the club level (premium amenities, in-seat service), and the upper bowl. The halo scoreboard gives every section a clear view of the game. For Clippers games, center-court lower bowl sections around 110-114 have the best overall sightlines. The Wall runs cheaper than lower bowl for a reason - the sightline is end-on, not sideline.

Getting There

The Intuit Dome sits at 3930 W Century Blvd near the intersection of Century and Prairie. Take the 405 to Century Blvd westbound, or the 105 to Prairie Ave northbound. The Metro K Line Downtown Inglewood station is about a 10-minute walk. Rideshare zones are on the perimeter of the campus - set a pickup point a block or two away after the game to avoid surge pricing.

Intuit Dome Frequently Asked Questions

How much is parking at Intuit Dome?+
Intuit Dome parking runs $30-$40 for general spots in the dedicated Century Blvd structures. Pre-purchase through the Intuit Dome app - it's usually a few dollars cheaper than paying at the gate and locks in your spot. For sold-out Clippers games, the structures fill fast. Century Blvd private lots sometimes list for $20-$25 if you book a few days early.
What is The Wall at Intuit Dome?+
The Wall is a 51-row fan section behind one basket, built steep so even the upper rows feel close to the action. It holds around 4,500 people on bench-style seating - no individual chairs. The Wall has its own dedicated entrance on the north side of the building and its own concession stands. The Clippers designed it to generate the loudest possible crowd noise from one end of the court.
What is the Intuit Dome capacity?+
The Intuit Dome capacity is approximately 18,000 for basketball. That total includes The Wall's 4,500 bench-style seats, plus the lower bowl, club level, and upper bowl. For concerts, the floor gets reconfigured for standing or reserved seating, which changes the total depending on the stage setup.
Can I bring a bag to Intuit Dome?+
Yes, but it must be clear. The Intuit Dome enforces a clear bag policy: bags must be clear plastic and no larger than 12" x 6" x 12". Small clutch purses (4.5" x 6.5") are allowed without restriction. Backpacks are not permitted. Lockers are available near the entrance if you arrive with a non-compliant bag.
Where are the best seats at Intuit Dome?+
For Clippers games, lower bowl sections around 110-114 (center court) give the best combination of sightline and proximity. The Wall is the right pick if you want atmosphere over view angle - it's loud and cheap relative to lower bowl. Club level adds lounge access and in-seat service. For concerts, floor and lower bowl sections closest to the stage are the standard call.
Is there food at Intuit Dome?+
The Intuit Dome has concession stands at every level - lower bowl, club, upper bowl, and a dedicated set inside The Wall. Wall section fans can eat without leaving their area. Club level has premium food and in-seat service. The arena opens about 90 minutes before tip-off; lines are shortest right when doors open and heaviest in the 20 minutes before the game starts and during halftime. Plan around those windows and you will avoid most of the wait.
What team plays at Intuit Dome?+
Intuit Dome is the home arena of the LA Clippers, the NBA team owned by Steve Ballmer. The Clippers play a full NBA home schedule of 41 regular season home games plus any home playoff games. Intuit Dome is the Clippers' first arena built specifically for the team - they played at Staples Center (now Crypto.com Arena) for 24 years before moving into Intuit Dome when it opened in August 2024.
When did Intuit Dome open?+
Intuit Dome opened on August 15, 2024, with a dedication ceremony featuring a Clippers practice open to the public. The Clippers played their first official NBA preseason game in the building in October 2024. Construction began in late 2021 after groundbreaking in September 2021. The project cost approximately $2 billion and was fully privately funded by Clippers owner Steve Ballmer.
Is Intuit Dome indoors?+
Yes. Intuit Dome is a fully enclosed, climate-controlled indoor arena. It has no open-air elements. The building is LEED-certified and designed to be one of the most technologically advanced arenas in the NBA. The halo scoreboard rings the entire ceiling of the seating bowl, and The Wall's 51-row configuration faces the opposite basket. All seating is fully inside the enclosed building.
Where is Intuit Dome located?+
Intuit Dome is located at 3930 W Century Blvd, Inglewood, CA 90303, at the intersection of Century Blvd and Prairie Ave. It sits approximately a quarter mile east of the Hollywood Park campus (SoFi Stadium and YouTube Theater) and about 1.5 miles south of the Kia Forum. From the 405, exit Century Blvd east. From the 105, exit Prairie Ave north. Parking structures are accessed from Century Blvd.
How far is Intuit Dome from LAX?+
Intuit Dome is approximately 3.5 miles from LAX, about a 10-15 minute drive in normal traffic. By Metro, take the K Line from Aviation/LAX station (via the free LAX-it shuttle) to Downtown Inglewood station - a 10-minute walk east to the arena. Total Metro trip takes about 20-25 minutes. On game nights, Metro is strongly recommended over rideshare given surge pricing after games.
Is there a Metro stop near Intuit Dome?+
Downtown Inglewood station on the Metro K Line (Crenshaw/LAX Line) is the closest station to Intuit Dome, approximately a 10-minute walk west on Century Blvd to the arena entrance. The same station also serves Kia Forum, which is a 10-minute walk in the opposite direction. The K Line connects directly to LAX (via the free LAX-it shuttle at Aviation/LAX) and to Westchester/Veterans station near SoFi Stadium.
Does Intuit Dome have free WiFi?+
Yes. Intuit Dome offers free WiFi throughout the arena, branded as the Intuit Dome WiFi network. The arena was purpose-built with a strong technology infrastructure including the halo scoreboard's 44 million pixels and the dedicated Intuit Dome app, which handles mobile ticketing, parking purchase, and in-seat food ordering. WiFi connectivity is reliable throughout all seating sections including The Wall.
Who owns Intuit Dome?+
Intuit Dome is owned by Steve Ballmer, the billionaire owner of the LA Clippers who purchased the team in 2014 for a then-record $2 billion. Ballmer funded the $2 billion arena construction entirely through private money - no public financing was used. The naming rights deal with Intuit (the company behind TurboTax and QuickBooks) was announced in 2021 and is valued at approximately $500 million over 23 years.
