When to Arrive at SoFi Stadium for a Concert

At door open
GA floor fans

General admission floor is first-come, first-served for position near the stage. Doors open 90 minutes before showtime — for stadium-sized tours, hundreds of fans line up outside well before that. If being close to the stage matters, treat door open as the hard deadline. Concession lines are shortest at this point.

60-75 min early
100-level reserved seats

Reserved 100-level sections benefit from arriving early enough to walk the floor level, find your gate, and settle in without the security-line spike. The 30-45 minute window before showtime is when lines are longest. Being in the building before that makes a real difference on stadium-tour nights.

45-60 min early
300, 400, 500 level fans

Upper and mezzanine sections have multiple entry points and less concentrated crowd flow. Arriving 45-60 minutes early is comfortable for most shows. Security lines clear faster at upper-level gates. You will still have time to find concessions and get to your seat before the opener.

After opener starts
Skipping the opener

Security lines thin significantly once the opener begins. If you have a reserved seat and do not mind missing the opening act, arriving during their set means a faster walk-in with no wait. Concession lines also thin once the crowd is inside. Not recommended if you need to navigate GA floor position.

Best Seats at SoFi Stadium for Concerts

Stage placement at SoFi changes which sections are the best. Check the event-specific seat map before buying — the sections below assume the stage is at one end zone (standard for most major tours).

Floor GA / Pit

Surrounding the stage

Best for: Maximum energy, artist proximity, B-stage access

Floor configuration varies by tour. Most stadium tours feature a main stage at one end zone and a catwalk or B-stage running toward center field. Floor pit sections close to the stage and along the catwalk give you proximity impossible from any bowl seat. Check your event's seat map — the layout changes significantly by artist.

100-Level Front (Stage-Side)

C104-C111 or C125-C137 depending on stage end

Best for: Best reserved seats in the building for concerts

100-level sections directly in front of the stage are the premium reserved option for concerts. Rows 1-10 give you a front-section experience at reserved-seat comfort. Check which end zone the stage occupies for your show — the stage-facing 100 sections are the premium pick, and sections behind the stage are significantly worse value.

100-Level End Zone (Behind Stage)

Sections at the opposite end from stage

Best for: Watching the crowd / B-stage angle

End zone sections behind the stage face the back of the main production. For tours with a full B-stage or catwalk extending toward this end, these sections can be surprisingly good. For shows with minimal rear stage activity, they are the weakest 100-level option. Check the event's specific stage layout before buying.

300-Level Midfield

C308-C315 (east) and C325-C332 (west)

Best for: Best value in the building — elevated front-facing view

The 300-level center sections sit directly above the stage end, elevated with a clear angle down toward the main production. These consistently offer the best price-to-view ratio at SoFi concerts. The Infinity Screen runs at eye level, providing instant replay without looking up. For most concert configurations, sections C308-C315 or C325-C332 are the first target after floor and 100-level.

400 and 500 Level

Upper deck

Best for: Full panoramic view; Infinity Screen replaces proximity

The upper deck at SoFi is significantly better than at older stadiums because of the Infinity Screen wrapping the entire field at your eye level. You see every camera angle on a screen as large as the field itself. The 500 level is the most affordable way to attend major concerts at SoFi. Section choice matters less than at other venues because the screen equalizes the experience.

SoFi Stadium Concert Tips From Experience

The Infinity Screen Is the Whole Experience at 400-500 Level

The Infinity Screen wraps the entire field of play and runs at eye level from the upper deck. At the 400 and 500 levels, you are watching the artist on a screen so large it does not feel like a screen — it feels like being inside a giant TV. For stadium tours where production design is a core part of the show (Taylor Swift, Beyonce, Coldplay), upper deck seats are genuinely good. The camera work is designed for the screen.

300-Level Midfield Is the Value Sweet Spot for Concerts

Sections C308-C315 on the east midfield and C325-C332 on the west midfield sit directly above the stage end at an elevated angle. These sections often price $50-$120 less than comparable 100-level views and give you a better production overview because you can see the full stage from above rather than just the front face. For most concert configurations, this is the first section cluster to check on the secondary market.

Check the Stage Placement Before You Buy Any Ticket

SoFi Stadium concert stages can be placed at either end zone or in the center-field configuration depending on the tour. The section that is premium for an NFL game (midfield) can be less valuable than an end zone section for a concert where the stage faces the other direction. Always look at the event-specific seat map before buying. The general seat map does not reflect where the stage will be for your show.

Pre-Concert Dining: Hollywood Park Is Already There

The Hollywood Park campus has restaurants and bars within walking distance of the gates. Jon and Vinny's, Shake Shack, JennyBird, and other options are on the campus. They fill up fast before major shows. If you want a sit-down meal before the concert, arrive 2 hours before doors — or eat before you get to the campus. The restaurants inside the stadium are club-level only.

Metro K Line Is the Best Concert Exit Strategy

Post-concert Metro is genuinely worth it at SoFi. The Westchester/Veterans station is a 10-minute walk from the stadium and the train runs until after midnight. You beat the parking lot exodus entirely. The platform gets crowded quickly after the show ends — walking out before the final encore puts you on a train with no wait. A pre-loaded TAP card is faster than buying at the machine post-show.

SoFi Stadium Concert Questions

What time do doors open at SoFi Stadium for concerts?+
SoFi Stadium doors open 90 minutes before showtime for concerts. For major stadium tours — Taylor Swift, Beyonce, Coldplay — check your ticket for the exact door time, as some events open earlier for floor access. Security lines are longest in the 30-45 minutes before the opener starts, so arriving when doors open means a much shorter wait.
How early should I arrive to SoFi Stadium for a concert?+
For GA floor, arrive at or before door open to secure a good standing position close to the stage. For reserved 100-level seats, 60-75 minutes before showtime is comfortable. For 300, 400, and 500 level seats, 45-60 minutes is fine. On nights when a major floor pit is set up, hundreds of fans line up outside before doors open — plan accordingly if floor position matters to you.
What are the best seats at SoFi Stadium for a concert?+
For most concert configurations, the 100-level sections directly in front of the stage are the best seats — row 1 of C104-C111 (east sideline) puts you close enough to make out facial expressions. Floor GA is better if you want the energy of being in the crowd. The 300-level midfield sections (C308-C315 and C325-C332) are the best value: elevated views directly in front of the stage, significantly cheaper than 100-level. The 500-level upper deck is still connected to the action via the Infinity Screen at eye level.
What is the SoFi Stadium floor like for concerts?+
SoFi Stadium concert floor is configured with a GA pit surrounding the stage and often a B-stage runway extending into the crowd. For major tours, the main stage sits at one end zone and a B-stage or catwalk extends toward the opposite end — meaning floor seats in the middle of the field can be closer to the artist than 100-level midfield seats. Floor configuration varies by artist and tour design; check your event's seat map for the specific layout.
Is parking available at SoFi Stadium for concerts?+
Yes. Hollywood Park lots surround the campus and are pre-purchase only for concerts — no walk-up cash parking. General parking runs $60-80 for major concert events and sells out. Pre-purchase through the SoFi Stadium app, ParkWhiz, or SpotHero well before the show. Century Blvd private lots often run $15-25 cheaper if you book a week out and are comfortable with a 10-15 minute walk.
What is the bag policy at SoFi Stadium for concerts?+
SoFi Stadium enforces the same clear bag policy for concerts as for NFL games. One clear bag no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" plus one small clutch or wallet no larger than 4.5" x 6.5" per person. No backpacks, opaque purses, or camera bags of any kind. Camera policy varies by artist — professional cameras with detachable lenses are typically prohibited; small point-and-shoot cameras may be allowed. Check your event's specific policy.
How do you get to SoFi Stadium by Metro for a concert?+
The Metro K Line has two stops near SoFi Stadium. Westchester/Veterans station is the closest to the stadium (about a 10-minute walk through the Hollywood Park campus). Downtown Inglewood station is closer to the Kia Forum and Intuit Dome. From the Westchester/Veterans stop, follow the lit path through the campus retail area directly to the stadium gates. The K Line runs until midnight, but post-concert service gets crowded fast — getting to the platform quickly after the show helps.
How long does it take to exit SoFi Stadium after a concert?+
Plan 30-60 minutes to fully exit the parking lots after a sold-out concert. The most effective strategy: wait 10-15 minutes after the final song before heading to your car, letting the initial rush thin. Lots south and east of the stadium exit faster than the lots directly adjacent to the gates. Rideshare pickup works best if you pre-arrange a meeting spot on the campus perimeter and wait 25-30 minutes after the show ends for surge pricing to drop.
